Smart City Recruiters Ltd are looking for an Administrator to be part of our clients Bellshill Team.
Our clients busy and well performing Scotland office is recruiting for an Administrator to join their team. As the Administrator. The role will involve working with various teams and PM’s within the business to ensure ZOI process is followed correctly, dealing with all IT queries and orders and being responsible for our escalation mailbox. Procurement , Scheduling and Commercial.
Key Responsibilities for the Administrator
- ZOI control with hot job team and PM’s, releasing works and checking permits
- Responsible for making sure all escalations are tracked and dealt with
- All IT equipment for new starters/leavers to be ordered/sent back and equipment tracked
- Support other team members during volume fluctuations
- Well organised with excellent interpersonal skills, confident with dealing with different people across the business
- Have the ability to work in a high-volume transactional environment, with the ability to solve problems quickly
- To maintain good working relationships with all parties throughout addressing any issues when they arise.
Experience needed for the Administrator Role
- Communication and presentation skills.
- Self-starter
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure
- Team work
- Excellent computer skills with MS Excel
- Organisational skills
Rate of Pay: £8.70ph
Contract: Temporary - with potential for Perm later
Working Hour: Mon – Fri 8am – 5pm
