Do you have a vacancy that you have been unable to fill through your existing network? If so, we would be delighted to work on a “success fee only” engagement, whereby, you pay nothing for our services upfront and only pay for our services upon “successful completion” of the assignment, once the perfect candidate for your business has commenced work with you.

Once we are engaged on an assignment, we really do appreciate that “time is of the essence” and as such we will work swiftly and diligently to produce a short list of candidates suitable for each position you place with us. Our brief will be to make sure that all candidates are readily available for interviews and provide a list of times and dates for interview, along with salary expectations and notice periods as part of the submission process. What you can expect from us, are regular updates during the selection pre-screening process.

We work closely with each Client to fully understand each individual position to determine what is needed at the time and moving forward, as times change so do the expectations and needs of the business. We support and guide our clients through current market trends to determine what is achievable, ensuring that our clients and candidates are fully briefed from day one.

We have high retention rates due to guiding both clients and candidates through the recruitment process and we recognise that speed is key to not losing a placement.
