They deliver a range of essential infrastructure services to the utilities, transport, data and telecom sectors across the UK and Ireland.
Smart City Recruiters Ltd are looking for a Administrator to be part of our clients Blantyre Team.
Our clients busy and well performing Blantyre region is recruiting for an Administrator to join their project team. As the Administrator you will be are responsible for all Openreach works across the Scotland region. The role will involve working with various teams and PM’s within the business to ensure ZOI process is followed correctly, dealing with all IT queries and orders and being responsible for our escalation mailbox.
The working hours for this role are 8:00am – 5:00pm, Monday to Friday.
Key Responsibilities for the Administrator
- Recording information against all orders.
- Office support for team members during volume fluctuations
- Performing administrative tasks, such as recording data, handling documents etc. Ensuring project delivery is handled efficiently and speedily to maximise best practice working.
- Working in a high-volume transactional environment, with the ability to solve problems quickly
- To maintain good working relationships with all parties throughout addressing any issues when they arise.
- Well organised with excellent interpersonal skills, confident with dealing with different people across the business
- Communication and presentation skills.
- Self-starter
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure
- Team work
- Excellent computer skills with MS Excel
Salary - £18,000 - £22,000pa with full package dependent on experience.
