Head of Fibre Build
Locations:      Liverpool, North West
Salary:            Dependant on experience
 
Our client is focused on the design, build and maintenance of telecom infrastructure for key clients in the fixed telecom market. Working collaboratively with clients, our clients Services brings commitment, innovation, teamwork and accountability to deliver long- term partnerships. They are part of the Telecom Division of a Group of Services. They deliver a range of essential infrastructure services to the utilities, transport, data and telecom sectors across the UK and Ireland.
Smart City Recruiters Ltd are currently looking to recruit a Head of Fibre Build to work on their Falcon contract in North West of England.
Reporting into their Regional Director, as Head of Fibre Build you will be part of our Falcon team, who are responsible for all Openreach project works across the North West. We are offering a competitive salary and benefits package for this senior role and are looking for someone prepared to hit the ground running during this busy period.
As the Head of Fibre Build, your duties & responsibilities will be:
 
  • Lead and Manage a large and diverse multi skilled team across the North West Region.
  • Manage and deliver our deliverables against the Falcon/ FTTP build contracts.
  • Manage our client relationship.
  • Lead the correct safety & quality behaviours.
  • Manage/ drive supply chain & DL management.
 
Skills & Knowledge Requirements
 
  • A passion for delivery, capable of working on several key projects simultaneously.
  • A proven track record of hitting targets.
  • Capable of nurturing and leading a Zero Harm culture within the region, focussing on quality, safety and assurance.
  • The ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships with clients and suppliers.
  • Building an infrastructure on the Openreach Network from head end to premise.
