Smart City Recruiters Ltd are currently recruiting for our client who operates as a Telecommunication Infrastructure Services Company and is part of the Telecom Division. They deliver a range of essential infrastructure services to the utilities, transport, data and telecom sectors across the UK and Ireland.

Smart City Recruiters Ltd are looking for a Administrator / Delivery Co-Ordinator to be part of our clients Thornaby Team.

Our clients busy and well performing Thornaby region is recruiting for an Administrator / Delivery Co-Ordinator to join their project team. As the Administrator / Delivery Co-Ordinator you will be are responsible for all Openreach works across the Scotland region. The role will involve working with various teams and PM’s within the business to ensure ZOI process is followed correctly, dealing with all IT queries and orders and being responsible for our escalation mailbox.

The working hours for this role are 8:00am – 5:00pm, Monday to Friday.

Roles & Responsibilities Delivery Co- Coordinator:

· Daily Whereabouts distributed before 09:30am

· Updating the system with WP-WP updates that should be provided by the FLM of the area or subcontractor if that is not available.

· Check risk assessments are on the system report any issues with noncompliance to FLM.

· Sending out weekly job packs to the FLMS

· Checking programme LA references and traffic management is good to go on dates programmed.

· Cross check jep report to ensure we are streetworks compliant.

· Assist planner when required.

· Ensure report for dates in the past is kept clear at all times.

· Keeping the system up to dates at all times

Experience needed for the Administrator Role

  • Communication and presentation skills.

  • Team work
  • Excellent computer skills with MS Excel
