Our client is a growing company, and with this expansion comes the need to innovate and change the way we work through our people, process, and systems. We are therefore looking to recruit an experienced Operational Readiness and Change Professional who has created, managed, and landed change projects in the past.
The Operational Readiness and Change Professional role is responsible for leading change and ensuring it is delivered in a quality way, with minimal impact on our clients, end customers and protecting revenue. The successful individual will engage and work with teams across Avonline and the wider group to ensure the process and policy are fully defined, planned, documented, and executed well within operations.
- Responsible for detailed creation and smooth implementation of change and transformation projects.
- Work with the internal Avonline teams as well as Group for a consistent approach in the way we work within the Telecoms Division.
- Encourage stakeholders to be involved in creating and delivering transformation projects that will reduce costs and improve service through embedding a culture of continuous improvement.
- Ensure processes are fully defined, planned, documented, and executed well by all teams involved.
- Responsible for executing the Avonline change strategy which underpins improvements to current ways of working and readiness for new contracts.
Experience
- Good understanding of Utility Industry
- Strong awareness of customer satisfaction for both internal and external sources.
- Transition / transformation and/or change management experience.

- Ability to adapt quickly and cut through complexity and ambiguity.
