Project Planner (Site Based)
Location: Trawsfynydd, Gwynedd, Wales
Duration: Fixed Term Contract – Circa 30 Weeks

•Site based project planner and scheduler who will undertake planning and scheduling functions and performance monitoring on a large demolition / deconstruction project.
•You will produce, update and monitor the programme of works
•You will be experienced in producing NEC4 compliant programmes.Key Requirements of Position
•Capable of planning and scheduling major demolition and de-construction projects
•Proficient in developing programmes from ‘first principles’ and be familiar with concepts of three-point estimates of time, the provision of time risk allowance and production of risk-adjusted programmes.
•Ensuring production of up-to-date programmes throughout the duration of the project.
•Reviewing progress with input from the project team and producing reports as necessary.
•Collection of progress information and production of progress reporting as required
•Creation and maintenance of project schedules.
•Assisting the project team with planning / programming related matters and attending project meetings with the project team, clients and third-party stakeholders.
•You should demonstrate a good level of proficiency in the use of standard industry planning software.
•Have experience in using industry standard planning software including Asta Powerproject, Primavira P6, and Microsoft Project
•Experience at project level working on complex construction, demolition and de-construction projects.
•Ensure data accuracy and integrity.
•Ability to obtain site level security clearance is essentialQualifications and Experience
•Construction related Bachelor’s degree
•MCIOB desirable
•Experience within the Nuclear sector would be highly desirable.
